The Religion of Whom?

A great article over at New English Review, about the claim that Christianity, Judaism, and Islam are all religions of Abraham. It shows how dangerous and Islamifying such a claim really is.

While the whole article was disturbing, the really “WOW!” moment for me – I actually yelled it at the computer – was this quote:

841 The Church’s relationship with the Muslims. “The plan of salvation also includes those who acknowledge the Creator, in the first place amongst whom are the Muslims; these profess to hold the faith of Abraham, and together with us they adore the one, merciful God, mankind’s judge on the last day.” [330]

That’s from the Catechism of the Roman Catholic Church.

Yeah. All things considered, I think I’ll be staying Lutheran.
